Three steps to a bed
Call us
You, a family member, or a case manager. We talk through where you are, your recovery so far, and what you need — about ten minutes.
Quick screen & tour
A short intake screen for safety and fit. Come see the house the same day if you like — most people decide on the porch.
Move in
Sign the house agreement, pay the first week, get your bed and your chore. Often within 48 hours of the first call.
Who the house is for
We keep requirements few and real — they exist to keep the house safe.
- Men, 18 or older
- Sober at move-in and committed to staying that way
- Willing to keep the house schedule — curfew, chores, meetings
- Working, in school, in treatment — or enrolled in one within 30 days
- Honest on the intake screen, including any medications
What it costs, plainly
$185 – $240 / week
Covers your furnished bed, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and the program of the house. First week due at move-in.
Private pay, mostly
Residents, family, or both. We’ll set a payment day that matches your paycheck — and say so early if money gets tight.
Usually not, honestly
Sober living is housing, not treatment, so insurance rarely covers rent. It may cover your outpatient care — we’ll help you check.
Send the form — we call you
Same conversation, started on paper. We reply within one business day, sooner most days.

What happens next
No limbo. You’ll know where you stand the same day.
Within the hour
If you left a message or sent the form, we call back — usually much faster during the day.
Same day
Screen result and a straight answer on availability. If we’re full or not the fit, we refer you somewhere good — we know the other houses.
Move-in day
Agreement signed, first week paid, bed made. Dinner’s at 6:30 — you’re expected.
